What GleamTide Sends You

GleamTide matches South Florida businesses that need commercial cleaning with independent local providers. When a business submits a request that fits your service area and the services you offer, we can route that request to you: the requester's name and contact details, their business and city or ZIP, the service they need, how urgent they say it is, their own description of the facility — typically including facility type, approximate square footage, and desired frequency — and a photo when they choose to attach one.

These are real business requests submitted through GleamTide.com or by phone at 786-741-7667 — requests the business submitted knowing it would be shared with matched providers who may contact them about the work.

How Routing Works

Matching is based on fit: the service requested, the facility's location, and which providers serve that area and offer that service. A request is only routed to providers the business's request can be shared with under the consent the requester gave at submission. You contact the business directly — by phone, text, or email — to discuss the job, arrange your own walkthrough, give your own quotes, and schedule your own work.

You remain an independent business at every step. GleamTide does not set your prices, script your calls, supervise your work, or take a position between you and the business. Your agreement for any job is directly between you and the business, and you are responsible for your own insurance, bonding, licensing where applicable, staffing, workmanship, and service standards.

When a request is routed to you, we also send a lead notification by text message to the mobile number you provide at enrollment, so you can respond while the request is fresh. By enrolling, you expressly consent to receive these lead-notification texts from King Bull Ventures LLC. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with request volume. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Qualification Expectations

Businesses are told that providers in this network are independent companies, and they are encouraged to ask for insurance, bonding, and reference information before hiring. To receive requests through GleamTide, providers are expected to meet the following standards and to attest to them in the application. Note that these are expectations for provider businesses applying to the network — GleamTide itself is a matching service and does not hold itself out as holding a provider's insurance, bonding, or credentials:

• ▸Commercially insured — general liability coverage current and appropriate to commercial cleaning work — and bonded, with workers' compensation coverage for your crews as Florida law requires; providers must attest to current insurance and bonding when applying
• ▸Commercial references available on request — facility managers or businesses you currently serve who can speak to your reliability and standards
• ▸We verify what we can — for example, reviewing insurance certificates and checking references — and providers must keep their information current and tell us if their status changes
• ▸Honest pricing practices: written, scoped quotes for programs and projects; no misrepresenting an affiliation with GleamTide beyond being an independent provider in the network
• ▸Professional contact and facility practices: contact businesses only about the request they submitted, honor opt-out requests such as STOP for texts promptly, follow client building security and access procedures, and never sell or pass on a requester's details to third parties
• ▸Responsibility for your own work: staffing, supervision, supplies, service standards, and customer disputes on your jobs are yours to resolve
