A Simple Idea, Done Carefully
GleamTide connects South Florida businesses with independent local commercial cleaning providers. You tell us about your facility once, a provider walks it and builds a written scope, we match your request with providers who serve your area and offer that service, and those providers contact you directly to schedule. From there, everything — the program, pricing, scheduling, the work itself, payment, and service standards — is between you and the provider you choose.
Using GleamTide costs businesses nothing. We may receive compensation from providers for referrals. Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, and GleamTide does not perform, supervise, or guarantee their work.
What It Costs You
Nothing. Submitting a request, being matched, and talking with providers who contact you are all free. You only pay anything when you hire a provider, and you pay that provider directly under whatever agreement you make with them. GleamTide never charges your card, never takes a deposit, and never marks up a provider's price.
What to Expect After You Submit
After you send the form, you will see a confirmation that we received your request. Your request is then shared with one or more matched independent providers, who may contact your business by phone, text, or email to discuss the work and arrange a walkthrough of your facility if you want one. The walkthrough is how a serious provider prices: they look at your square footage, floor types, restroom count, and access requirements, then write a scope and a program quote.
We do not promise a specific response time, because contact comes from independent providers with their own schedules. If you need to reach us about a request you submitted, call 786-741-7667. When providers contact you, it is reasonable to ask for their insurance and bonding information, commercial references, a written scope and quote, and contract terms before agreeing to service — and to compare more than one quote on a larger program.
Your Choices Stay Yours
Being matched is not a commitment. You can talk with every provider who contacts you, hire one of them, hire none of them, or find a company entirely on your own. If you hire a provider, your agreement is directly with them — GleamTide is not a party to it and does not set its terms.
Tell us about your facility
Use the request form or call 786-741-7667. Tell us your facility type, your city or ZIP, the service you need, approximately how many square feet need cleaning, and how often — nightly, a few times a week, or a one-time project.
Walkthrough & written scope
A matched provider walks your facility — floor types, restrooms, access and security requirements, the areas your clients and tenants judge first — and turns it into a written scope: tasks, frequencies, and the periodic work, in plain language.
Get matched with a provider
We match your request to independent local commercial cleaning providers who serve your area and offer the service you asked for. GleamTide does not do the cleaning itself — matching is the service we provide.
Schedule & start service
You choose the provider you want — or none at all — agree the schedule and start date directly with them, and service begins under your agreement with that provider. GleamTide may receive compensation for the referral, at no added cost to you.
