In the description, include your facility type (office, medical practice, restaurant, retail, warehouse-office…), the approximate square footage to be cleaned, and your desired frequency (nightly, a few times a week, weekly, or one-time). Those three details get you a real scoped quote instead of a placeholder — and a photo of the space helps too.
